Our Tarragon Mustard is a smooth European style mustard. Yellow mustard seeds are combined with French tarragon and our own Kawakawa Vinegar. As in all other mustards we produce, we use only natural ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or thickeners are added.
This medium spiced mustard brings out the best in cold cuts. It is fantastic with turkey, chicken and steaks. Using Tarragon Mustard when you make your own mayonnaise gives a tasty result. Use it in sauces for corned beef, chicken dishes, add it to cheese sauces used for macaroni cheese or cauliflower. Very nice with grilled sausages and bbq meats.
