This outstanding vinegar is made from a combination of the must and vinegar made from a Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Carefully blended to the right acidity and filled into oak barrels. Left to develop and mature for a minimum of 2 1/2 years.

All natural, no added artificial colours or flavours, no added thickeners.

Very limited supply.
